As a company we pride ourselves on delivering to the highest standard, although all applicants must hold the relevant qualifications further training will be provided for the First Step Standard of Delivery as well as opportunities to broaden your own personal skill set. We have a strict intake policy and are only looking to recruit the individuals with a real passion for improving children’s physical ability.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

·         NGB Level 2 or working towards

·         Minimum 12 months coaching experience

·         Enhanced CRB disclosure

·         Emergency 1st Aid Child Protection Training

·         Work well as part of a team

·         A True passion for sport

·         Commitment

·         Reliability
