Star Track FAQ's

Does it matter that I’ve never done any athletics before?
Absolutely not. Aviva star:track is an athletics programme that is open to any person between the ages of 8 and 15 regardless of experience, ability, gender or background.

What if I already take part in athletics activities?
Then Aviva star:track is an opportunity for you to develop your skills further with UK Athletics qualified coaches. Throughout the scheme there will be the opportunity for you to gain experience in events that you may not have tried before and also pick up some great coaching tips for your future athletics activity.

What should I wear?
All you need to take part in Aviva  star:track is a pair of shorts, a T-shirt, trainers and a tracksuit or something warm to put on if it gets cold – don’t forget to bring a drink!

We’re looking forward to seeing you soon at an Aviva star:track scheme event!
